It All Started With A Lawn Mower and A Big Dream
With his pick-up truck and a lawnmower, Anthony Olender set out to pursue his landscaping dreams. Anthony has worked on Long Island in the landscape industry for over 30 years. He spent 13 of those years working at the Meadow Club in Southampton. In 1998, Anthony founded Oceanview Landscapes with a vision of complete client care and landscaping artistry. Since then, he has continued and grown his passion for comprehensive customer satisfaction. He is always trying to improve and enhance the customer and team member experience. Anthony also places great value on family time. He loves traveling, scuba diving, and most importantly, spending time with his wife and kids.

Matthew Werner
Matthew has over 25 years of experience in landscape construction, design, irrigation installation, and project management. Over years as the owner and operator of his own landscape installation and maintenance company, Matthew crafted his project management skills and built a process for success. In his free time, Matthew enjoys woodworking, farming, and raising his chickens.
Controller
Kim Sguazzin
Kim has been a valued member of the Oceanview Landscapes team since its early days. She has over 20 years of experience, is gifted at QuickBooks and Excel, and keeps our business running smoothly. She will always treat you with respect and kindness, and she will make sure everyone else does too. She also enjoys reading and is proud to be a member of a local book club.
Office Manager
Gina Guevara
Gina is our Office Manager who keeps everything in order and thrives at customer service. She keeps us on track so that customers receive exceptional care. She earned an associate's degree in Business Management from the local Suffolk Community College. She also has over 20 years of experience with office management. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and taking care of her bees and chickens.
Human Resources Coordinator
Salome Ocampo
Salome is our Human Resources Coordinator who was born and raised in Southampton. She recently graduated with a Psychology degree from New York University. After spending her college years in Manhattan, Salome decided to start her human resources career in the place she loves most, her hometown. She loves basketball, animals and traveling.
Client Services Coordinator
John Manley
John has been a lifelong resident of the East End of Long Island specializing in landscape and real estate sales. His philosophy is simple: provide quality, professional service, and the rest will take care of itself. Consistent communication is the secret to building lasting client relationships. John knows the area as well as anyone and has some great stories to share along the way.
Project Manager
Ben Tyson
Ben has extensive knowledge and experience as a fabricator working in wood, metal, and concrete to create furniture, millwork, and interiors in the Hamptons. With an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering, he has a keen eye for detail and a passion for building objects & environments. He loves surfing, music, and playing with his children.
Maintenance Manager
Jason Cuddihy
Jason is our Maintenance Manager and is a Certified Arborist. He has worked in the local landscaping industry for over 20 years and has a degree in horticulture from Kildalton college in Ireland. Your tree and plant problems will quickly be solved with the help of Jason. He also enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, or watching sports.
Landscape Lighting and Audio Manager
Jeff Bieniewicz
Jeff ensures the utmost in project quality, customer service, and overall excellence in his field. His experience and knowledge in the landscape lighting industry will bring your beautiful landscape to life at night and exceed your expectations. In his free time, Jeff also enjoys golfing, hunting and cooking.
Mechanic
Lance Hammond
Lance has been an important member of the Oceanview Landscapes family for over a decade. With over 26 years of experience with mechanics and welding, he is the guy to go to if you ever need something fixed. When he is not solving people's engine problems, Lance is hiking, hunting, or fishing with his friends and family.
Social Media and Marketing
Ryan Dance
Ryan is our social media and marketing guru. After graduating from Ithaca College, he traveled across the country to film, photograph, and share the stories of various companies and people. He has returned to Long Island to capture the beauty of the Hamptons. When Ryan isn’t behind the camera, he enjoys cooking, golfing, and off-roading.
Logistics Manager
Mike Zullo
After serving 24 years in the military, Mike has joined Oceanview as our Logistics Manager. He has a keen sense of solving complex problems with simple, creative solutions. In addition to the skills learned through his service, he also earned his B.S. in Information Technology from American Military University. Mike enjoys any outdoor activity as well as spending quality time with his family.
Landscape Designer
Jessica Edge
Jessica has been creating beautiful landscapes on the East End for the last 12 years. She has a BS in Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University and an associates in Graphic Design. She has extensive knowledge of native and non-native plants, good earth practices, and has a passion for creating beautiful landscapes that suit her clientele while showcasing the natural beauty that meadows and native plant material can offer. She loves the outdoors, playing piano, and spending time with her son, husband and Frenchie.
